Legal Agreement Governing Your Use of gol55 Services

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and gol55. By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any gol55 services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to use gol55.

gol55 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within seven (7) days of our request will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance. Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed, all bets voided, and all deposits and winnings forfeited without exception.
You may create only one (1) account on gol55. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must notify us immediately of any changes.
gol55 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to comply with international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering standards. You will be required to verify your identity by submitting a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify gol55 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. gol55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activities.
gol55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion from other currencies is not supported.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status, ranging from Rp 10,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for verified accounts. Deposits are typically processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within seconds. In rare cases where deposits are delayed beyond 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your gol55 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of illegal activity. You may not use gol55 services for money laundering or any other illegal purpose. gol55 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of your funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities. We reserve the right to reverse transactions and close accounts where we suspect illegal activity or money laundering.
You may request a withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: your account is fully verified through KYC procedures; you have met all wagering requirements attached to active bonuses; there are no pending investigations regarding your account activity; and the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000.
gol55 processes withdrawal requests within 2-4 hours during business hours (09:00 - 22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. VIP tier members enjoy expedited withdrawal processing with Platinum and Diamond members receiving priority processing within 1-2 hours.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name as verified through KYC procedures. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. gol55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000 or where suspicious activity is detected. We may require video verification or additional documentation before approving large withdrawals.
All bonuses offered by gol55 are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated on the promotion page. General bonus conditions include: bonuses are available to eligible Users who meet the specified criteria; each bonus may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or payment method; bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 5x to 25x the bonus amount before associated winnings can be withdrawn; wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe (typically 7-30 days from bonus activation); and failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
gol55 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes; employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes simultaneously); and using automated software or bots to place bets. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their account permanently closed without refund of deposits.
All bets placed on gol55 are final and cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. In the event of technical errors, obvious mistakes in odds, or system malfunctions, gol55 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Decisions regarding bet settlements are made in accordance with official results from governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, ATP for tennis). gol55's interpretation and application of game rules is final and binding.
For sports betting, the following rules apply: all bets are settled based on the result at the conclusion of regular time (90 minutes for football) unless otherwise stated; bets on postponed or abandoned matches will be void unless play resumes within 24 hours; live betting odds are updated in real-time based on match state and may change rapidly; gol55 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at its sole discretion; and maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 500,000,000.
For casino and slot games: all games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested for fairness by independent laboratories; game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed on each game's information page; disconnections during gameplay will not void game rounds—the round will complete automatically and results reflected in your balance upon reconnection; and jackpot winnings are subject to verification and may require additional documentation before payout.

In the event of account closure by gol55, your account balance (excluding voided bets or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 14 business days.

gol55's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of our operating license.
